Traditions represent the most authentic soul of a territory. In the section Tradition and Folklore We recount customs, popular festivals, rituals, costumes and moments of community life that have accompanied the history of our valleys, villages and local communities for generations.
Here they find space historical events, festivals, religious celebrations, ancient crafts, traditional customs and practices of popular culture that are still handed down and celebrated today. They are expressions that tell of the deep connection between people, the land and the seasons of agricultural and mountain life.
Folklore is not only a memory of the past: it is also a living heritage, which continues to renew itself through local associations, folk groups, village festivals and initiatives that keep traditions alive.
The section Tradition and Folklore therefore wants to enhance this cultural heritage, telling the stories, symbols and meanings of the traditions that help define the identity and spirit of the communities in our area.
